This is one of the best hotels in Poznan in terms of location and accommodations. All the rooms are apartment style suites with spacious interiors and amenities. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the service is excellent. |

Nice friendly staff, frustrating minor issues - ie had to move rooms when electricity failed, and no non-smoking alternative available, bulb in light not working, reported but not replaced, shaving mirror broken etc - all minor but irritating. |
