6th Biennale of Photography. Photography/Ideology/Politics. Exhibition: The Builders of photography world. Polish photography of the late 1940-ties /9th May – 7th June 2009/.
An exhibition prepared by a curator Maciej Szymanowicz refers to a short episode that took place between the end of Second World War in Poland and the opening of the exhibition entitled Peace prevails in National Museum in Warsaw (December 1949) The exhibition shows more than 200 photographs.
