The 2nd International Ice Art Festival is going to be held in the Old Market Square in Poznań.. As in previous year, the artists are going to sculpt in ice on special platforms. The contestants will have room and board on the Festival day together with all necessary materials and tools.
At the end of the Festival the Poznań citizens are going to choose the best sculptures and the winners are going to be awarded.
